Clinical Laboratory Science

What it's all about

Students in this program spend three years on Baylor's campus taking classes, and then spend their fourth and final year at an approved hospital doing hands-on work. Students are trained to be highly skilled professionals who perform tests to analyze blood, urine, and other body fluids to help the physician prevent, detect and treat disease and to monitor therapy.

You might take classes such as:

• General Biology

Graduates of this major go on to:
