Social & Behavioral Sciences

The social and behavioral sciences seek to understand the human aspects of the world, looking at both individual and collective behaviors. From small group and organizational dynamics to markets, cultures, institutions and norms in global contexts, our faculty and students conduct research on the human dimensions of complex social systems. These disciplines take on the full spectrum of humankind at local, national and global levels. By understanding the human world, we seek to improve it.
