Graduation Card


Use this form to file for graduation. Just fill out the form and then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If your form is transmitted successfully, your computer screen will display that your graduation information has been sent to the Degree Plan Office. Reminder: It is a University requirement that you file your graduation card with Degree Plan Office when you reach your senior year, and you must have registered for all the requirements listed on your computer degree audit to become a candidate for graduation. The deadline for filing is listed in the catalog.
