  • The College of Arts and Sciences is the foundation upon which all Baylor students' educational experiences build. Skills in critical thinking, problem solving, and oral and written communication are informed by courses such as religion, literature, the arts, science, history, and politics.

Under the expert mentoring of our faculty, over half of the undergraduate students at Baylor combine these experiences with advanced development of their minds and capabilities within our 26 departments and, upon graduation, are prepared to move successfully toward additional degrees or directly into the world of work. The College also offers 23 Master of Arts degrees and 15 Ph.D. programs.
