Undecided about your major?
You’re not alone! Many students have a difficult time choosing a major. Without professional guidance, deciding what you would like to study and pursue can be overwhelming. Baylor offers Career and Professional Development to equip students with the resources needed in order to make career related decisions.
The Office of Career and Professional Development is located on the first floor, west wing of the Paul L. Foster Success Center in the Sid Richardson Building. The services of this office are available free of charge to Baylor students.
Career and Professional Development counselors assist students in identifying their personality traits, interests, strengths, values and skills as they relate to making lifelong career and personal life decisions. Licensed professional counselors work with students who are unsure of their major, considering changing their major, or wondering what careers relate to their major. You can contact a career counselor at 254-710-3771 or you may wish to visit their website.
Career and Professional Development staff also offer assistance in formulating and implementing career research, planning, and job search techniques.
