Due to a new Texas law, all incoming students must have received immunization against bacterial meningitis by the first day of class. In order to be advised and register for classes at Baylor, we recommend you submit your health form with a documented meningitis vaccination (including the month, date, year and a health professional signature or stamp) by May 1.
For more information, including exemption, please visit baylor.edu/healthservices and click on Meningitis Vaccination Information.
