Degree Seeking International Student
• A degree seeking international student is one who is not a US citizen or permanent resident who intends to enroll at Baylor and complete a degreeplan, thereby receiving a Bachelor's degree granted from Baylor University.
II. Non-Degree Seeking International Student
• An exchange student who is not a US citizen or a permanent resident may be admitted to Baylor for a set number of semesters as a non-degree seeking student.
• Non-citizens who are pursuing a degree at another school and are in good standing at that school according to the Registrar may be admitted as a non-degree seeking transient student.
