International AdmissionInternational students bring an important dimension to the cultural life of Baylor University. We hope you will find this information helpful as you go through the application process. International students study at Baylor as either a degree seeking student or as a non-degree seeking student. The application process differs depending upon which category you fall under. To learn more about these differences, click on the selections below: Degree Seeking International Student A degree seeking international student is one who is not a US citizen or permanent resident who intends to enroll at Baylor and complete a degree II. Non-Degree Seeking International Student An exchange student who is not a US citizen or a permanent resident may be admitted to Baylor for a set number of semesters as a non-degree seeking student. Non-citizens who are pursuing a degree at another school and are in good standing at that school according to the Registrar may be admitted as a non-degree seeking transient student.
