How to Apply for AidRegents' Gold Scholarship
To be awarded for the Regents' Gold Baylor Scholarship, you must be a National Merit Finalist as determined by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation. In addition, you must list Baylor as your first-choice school with the corporation by their deadline.
Merit-based Baylor Scholarships
By applying for admission, you have already applied for merit-based Baylor scholarships. There is no additional application required.
Federal and Need-based Aid Programs
To be considered for federal and need-based financial aid including federal loans, federal and state grants, and need-based Baylor scholarships, you must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) with accurate, completed 2008 tax information. There is no fee to file the FAFSA.
Outside Scholarships
If you receive an outside scholarship (a scholarship funded from a source outside Baylor University), then you must submit to the Cashier's Office a completed Outside Scholarship Report Form. If you receive more than one outside scholarship, you will need to submit a form for each individual scholarship. ![]() |
