To submit your enrollment deposit online, please select one of the two links below.

Login using your application username
If you applied online for admission, you created a username (your email address) and a password. You can use this username to log in and pay your deposit as well.

Deposit without your application username
With your acceptance letter you received your Baylor ID number. You can use this number along with your entry semester (term) to deposit online.


Please take a moment to read the deposit policies before you proceed with the online deposit.

Accepted Freshmen:

An accepted freshman must pay a $300 deposit, which will also serve as the application for on-campus housing. Once the deposit has been paid, students can indicate housing and roommate preferences. Visit baylor.edu/admissions/housingoptions

Accepted Transfers:

An accepted transfer must pay a $300 enrollment deposit. If planning to apply for campus housing, please go to the Campus Living & Learning web site located at baylor.edu/cll/apply.

Note: Please note that an applicant who does not pay the deposit by the deadline may not be assured a space in the entering class. This deposit is not refundable after May 1 (December 15 for spring applicants). A request for a refund must be in writing and postmarked by the appropriate deadline. The summer deposit is not transferable beyond the fall semester; the fall and spring deposits are not transferable to future semesters.
