In the context of the rigorous academic environment at Baylor, the Paul L. Foster Success Center (PLFSC) provides an environment for all students that is challenging, invigorating, enriching, and supportive. It fosters deep engagement in the academic community as well as fulfillment of personal goals and aspirations. The PLFSC consists of five administrative departments, each of which serves particular needs.
