BearBucks™ is an optional, prepaid, stored value/declining balance account available to students. A minimum amount of $50 is required to establish the account. Deposits are accepted on-line at: www.baylor.edu/ebill. at any time and in the Cashier's Office during regular business hours. BearBucks™ may be used at locations on and off campus using the Baylor student ID card. The list of locations is available at: www.baylor.edu/bearbucks.

Payment for BearBucks™ must be received before they can be activated. If your payment is returned for any reason, the BearBucks™ will be reversed from your ID card.

Balances will carry over from one semester to the next. NOTE: Under no circumstances will a cash withdrawal be permitted from a BearBucks™account. When a student graduates or withdraws from the University, any unused BearBucks™ will be refunded to the student's account. Refunds, less charges on the student account, will be issued to the student upon request.

Account balance and the list transactions are available in BearWeb at the BearBucks™ Statement Center or at: www.idcard.baylor.edu.

In the case of a lost or stolen card, the cardholder will be limited to liability of $50 if reported within two business days from the date of discovery. If a lost or stolen card is not reported within two business days, liability could be up to $500.
