Internal Vice PresidentThe Student Body Internal Vice President is the chief legislative and administrative officer of Student Government. This position also serves as the President of Student Senate. His duties include presiding over Student Senate in addition to coordinating the workings of the legislative branch and internal affairs of Baylor University, as they pertain to Student Government. This position also advises the Programming Leadership Committee and chairs the Senate Executive Council.
The 2013-2014 Student Body Internal Vice President
Dominic Edwards is a junior with a Pre Law Concentration in the Hankamer School of Business. Dominic served as a Student Senator for two years, as well as serving as the 2012-2013 Student Senate Public Relations Chair as well as the Student Government Branding Coordinator. Moreover, Dominic has served as a student representative on the All-University Student Life and Services Committee as well as two Executive Search Committees. Currently, he serves as a seasoned member of the Honor Council and sits on the All-University Sustainability Committee. Dominic has passionately served in Student Government and is looking forward to serving as the Student Body Internal Vice President and the President of Student Senate.
Dominic earned his diploma in 2011 from James Bowie High School in Arlington, Texas. He is a first generation Baylor Student and is proud to start a new Baylor tradition in his family.
