New Non-Degree Student Registration Checklist




1. Determine the session you would like to attend, course(s) you plan to take, and costs.

- Fall/Spring course information is available at www.baylor.edu/scheduleofclasses and cost information is available at http://www.baylor.edu/sfs/index.php?id=93954.

- Summer courses and cost information is available at www.baylor.edu/summer.

2. Find out if course(s) are open and/or have prerequisites. www.baylor.edu/scheduleofclasses.

3. Apply to Baylor.

- Undergraduate Students: See Non-Degree Seeking Student at www.baylor.edu/admissions/index.php?id=98254.

4. Once you have been accepted, contact academic department(s) for permits if classes are closed or waivers if prerequisites are needed at http://www.baylor.edu/Directory/?_buref=1172-9194

5. To register for your course(s), contact the Office of the Registrar at 254-710-1181 or email us at Registrar@baylor.edu for information or instructions for registration.

6. Review your Schedule. You will use your Baylor ID number and PIN to access your schedule via BearWeb. Go to www.baylor.edu, select >current students> online systems> BearWeb

7. Complete Financial Settlement. Please go to the Financial Services link, checklist in Quicklinks box, to complete important steps needed for financial settlement: www.baylor.edu/sfs/settlement
