8am-4:30pm, Thursday, February, 13, 2014, Austin, Texas, USA (Austin Convention Center Room 3)
The 6th annual Society for Personality and Social Psychology (SPSP) pre-conference on Psychology of Religion-Spirituality will feature invited research presentations, a poster session, and many opportunities for conversation. A continental breakfast, box lunch, and drinks are included for those who pre-register and pay. This pre-conference is funded in part by the Baylor's Department of Psychology and Neuroscience and a generous donation from The John Templeton Foundation.
Online registration/payment: To register and pay, please use the online "Registration Form" link at the top left of this page. The cost of registration is $80 (post-docs and faculty) or $50 (students). The registration fee includes continental breakfast, box lunch, and drinks and helps off-set the costs of running the pre-conference.
Poster session: We have space for about 24 posters that present psychology of religion/spirituality research, preferably from a social-personality perspective. Data must be collected and analyzed before submission; we will not consider abstracts for incomplete studies. To submit a poster for consideration, please send a PDF file containing the title, 250 word abstract, author(s), affiliation(s), and email address of the primary presenter to Eric D. Wesselmann (firstname.lastname@example.org). If the first or sole author is a student, please indicate whether or not you would like to be considered for the student poster award. Submissions received before 15 December 2013 will be reviewed on a rolling basis until 24 posters are accepted.
