Department Welcomes Two New Faculty

We are pleased to announce the addition of two new Assistant Professors in the Department of Physics.
Dr. Kenichi Hatakeyama joins us as a high-energy experimentalist from The Rockefeller University in New York City. He will be working on the CDF detector/experiment at Fermilab.
Dr. Zhenrong Zhang will be joining us in the spring 2010. She is presently a Postdoctoral Researcher at Pacific Northwest National Laboratories. She studies catalytic physics on certain surfaces. Her baby, Lilley, was born on July 7, 2009. Congratulations Dr. Zhang!
