Registration Info

To secure a place for Baylor in Oxford 2013, please submit a non-refundable deposit of $800 and the following five completed forms:

2013 Registration Form

Baylor in Oxford Adult Participation Form

Baylor in Oxford Adult Medical Release

Baylor in Oxford Release and Code of Conduct

Baylor in Oxford Export License Exception Certification

Bring the FIVE completed forms, deposit check (made out to Baylor University) and a photocopy of your passport photo page to Morrison Hall 232.

Now start packing for England!
