Itinerary
ITINERARY: Our five-week -- July 10 to August 11, 2013 -- we'll spend a week in London, visiting Westminster Abbey, the National Gallery, the New Globe Theatre, and much more. We will spend three days in the Lake District, Windemere and make a group excursion to Edinburgh, Scotland. Day trips from Oxford and London include Cambridge; Bath spa, home of Jane Austen; The Kilns, home of C.S. Lewis; and Canterbury. You might choose to visit prehistoric Stonehenge, explore the Roman ruins of Bath, or soak up Oxford itself, renowned for book shops, concerts, and Shakespeare in the park.
