I need a note taker

If you are a student registered with the Office of Access and Learning Accommodation, and you have the accommodation for the use of a note taker, please complete the following form online. We will respond to your request within 24 hours and help you arrange for your note taker. Once your note taker is established, the notes will be emailed to you from your Disability Advisor 24 hours after each course. If you fail to attend class, your notes will not be delivered to you.
