A party at the Mayborn is an exciting and unique way to celebrate your child's birthday!

• Festive private party room reserved for 2 hours.
• Admission to museum exhibits for all guests, up to 35 persons, excluding traveling exhibits.
• The party may not exceed 35 children and adults (including family) for the safety and comfort of your guests.

• To book a party or for more information please call 254-710-1834 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Please contact us early for your choice of dates!
• Parties are $100 for members and $125 for non-members
• $50.00 non-refundable deposit required with reservation.
• The remainder of your payment is due in FULL on the day of the party (no exceptions).
• Become a member and book a party for only $175!
• Parties can be Saturday mornings, Saturday afternoons, or Sunday afternoons!

• Party rooms are located in the Jeanes Discovery Center and include tables and chairs, refrigerator and freezer, sink, and trash receptacles. These rooms are large enough for games and celebration.
• Please bring your party guest list with you.
• You may bring cake, ice cream, cookies, cupcakes, candy, and drinks.
• ANY additional food items MUST be provided by Baylor's Aramark Catering. These food items must be ordered at least one week in advance.
• You are responsible for any paper goods.
• For the safety of our guests the following are NOT permitted: balloons, confetti, silly string, piņatas or outside entertainment.
• You may arrive up to 30 minutes before your party time to decorate your room and prepare for guests.
• Your group may visit any area of the museum during your 2 hour party room reservation. After you check out of the birthday room, your group is welcome to stay longer and enjoy the museum.
