Business Journalism Major
To earn a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Business Journalism, students entering the program Fall 2009 or later must complete the basic Arts and Sciences course requirements for business majors and the Professional Business Foundation leading toward 24 semester hours in the major, which includes the following:

JOU 2303 Reporting and Writing for Media or JOU 3372 Writing for Media Markets
JOU 3325 Editing
JOU 3375 Advanced Reporting and Writing
JOU 4380 Law and Ethics of Journalism
MKT 3320 Advertising Procedures
JOU 3355 Media Photography I: Introduction
JOU 3367 Public Relations
JOU 4325 Advanced Editing
JOU 4340 Writing and Editing for On-Line Media
