If you would like to view an apartment, contact the manager of the complex, Sandra Baur for an appointment. After filling out an application at the manager's office and following the confirmation of your graduate student status, the management company will process your application and upon its acceptance, your apartment will be reserved for the following year.

Lease: Leases are designed for twelve or ten months. Leases begin on June 1 and will be first come-first served. After available units have been leased, a waiting list will be maintained in case there is a later opening. Ten month leases are available for $605/month.

Administrative Fee: A non-refundable administrative fee of $150 will be due at the signing of the lease. Each individual lease requires a non-refundable fee.
