Facilities Engineering Services


The Facilities engineering services is responsible for the application of the latest facilities engineering technology. Areas of responsibility include hiring and coordination of consultants needed to evaluate structural building integrity, utility system reliability, parking and circulation analysis, building commissioning, value engineering of new or replacement building systems, and evaluation of new equipment and/or processes. The identification and prioritization of capital renewal and deferred maintenance projects are accomplished through the combined efforts of engineering services and project management.
