Welcome to The Faith Factor in Social Services: An Annotated Bibliography, an online searchable database which includes published and unpublished studies on best (effective and promising) practices in faith-based social services and related areas such as nonprofit organization, management, and program evaluation. It is comprised of an annotated bibliography of 500 entries (and growing) including research, theory, and practice wisdom concerning faith-based organizations and collaboratives that respond to urban poverty.

The online database is searchable by title, author, publication date or keyword. This database has been used by our research team in developing products-literature reviews and foundations for our own research-and we hope that it will provide a foundation for your work as well.
