Stress Management 101

Stress Management Clinic 4:00pm-5:00pm Wednesday & Thursday

Got stress? Stress management 101 is designed to help Baylor students who might feel overwhelmed by the responsibilities of college life. These one hour clinics teach students about stress and ways to cope with it. Students are provided with guided instruction in different relaxation techniques along with information about how to avoid stress in the future. The only requirement for participation in Stress Management 101 is a desire to take a more proactive role in improving your mental and physical health and decreasing your stress level. No time commitments or appointments are required. NO APPOINTMENT IS NECESSARY. Walk-ins are welcome.
