
The CCRD utilizes an on site CATI system to supplement client driven phone polling.

Focus groups are held at the CCRD as well conducted off site to best meet the needs of a client.
The Center for Community Research and Development is equipped to undertake a wide variety of projects for organizations, businesses, industries, and government agencies. Services include:

Nearly all center projects take place on site whether it be data collection or analysis. The CCRD has the capability to conduct telephone surveys on a CATI system or prepare and send out mail surveys. Focus groups can be held in the CCRD conference room which is equipped with a video camera for documentation as well as an observation room for clients. However, it is not uncommon to accommodate clients outside of the Central Texas area. Depending upon the need, we may travel to collect data or present analysis conclusions for the CCRD.
