The BRIC, which supplies the services necessary to take innovations from concept to the marketplace, would not be complete without an on-site presence for workforce development and training.

The BRIC allocates 45,000 square feet for an advanced workforce technology training and workforce development center to be used by its partner, Texas State Technical College Waco, on behalf of BRIC clients.

TSTC Waco has been on the forefront of technical workforce training for nearly half a century and brings a reputation for adapting quickly to changing technological and economic factors in the marketplace. By monitoring continuous input from industry leaders on shifting workforce needs, TSTC Waco has long-supported Texas business and industry with responsive workforce training, design consulting, 3D modeling, rapid prototyping, manufacturing support, product testing facilities, documentation writing and training development services.

This in-house presence gives TSTC Waco faculty the ability to work directly with the scientists, engineers and technicians who develop the technology, while conferring with BRIC clients on training as early as possible in the product development cycle.
